Recently, I faced a challenge that forced me to reassess everything I believed was helping me move forward. Suddenly, I felt vulnerable and scared, as if my protective shield had vanished. Yet, I found my balance again.

In today’s fast-paced world, my practices help me understand my place within it. As someone who is neurologically different, I have often struggled to fit into a neurotypical society.
